Will i be notified if my items are finished?
Answer: You will get an email notification when all the items are finished and get shipped. Until then we do NOT send any other info of how far we are with processing all the items.

I ordered multiple items, do i get an update if one or more items on my order list are finished?
Answer: No, you only get a message if all the items are finished. Due to the amount of orders we receive it is impossible to send an update every time we have finished items on your order list.

Answer: to see the shipping price, add the items you want to your basket and go to "CHECKOUT" page, you can select your country and the shipping price will be updated.

Can you help me with a colour combination for the interior parts of my truck?
Answer: we can always give advise for a colour combination for your specific truck.

Can i send my own dashboard to make this a Realistic Dashboard?
Answer: No, we only use brand new tamiya dashboard parts to make the Dashboards, since shipping costs are the same or higher then the parts cost, we don't offer this service.

I want to have decals made for my own truck, can you make these?
Answer: we can make any design you want, as long as it are not Truck Brand Logo's because of copyright laws.
Your own design is no problem at all.

Do you make a RHD version of the Dashboards?
Answer: at this moment we only make LHD Dashboards, we do offer a decal kit for the RHD Scania Dashboard for DIY purpose.

Will you make a Realistic Dashboard for other Models?
Answer: There will be a realistic Dashboard for every model available in the future, but due to large amounts of orders we can not tell when new models will become available.

Can you make a custom decal kit for my Reefer trailer?
Answer: Yes, no problem. We can make any design you want.

Answer: Yes, we accept Paypal as a payment method.

I have placed an order but I did not receive a notification, what happened?
Answer A: You have spelled your e-mail incorrect, send us an e-mail if this happened, and we will provide you the e-mail manually.
